Authors: Submit Your Scholarly Work

We seek to publish a wide range of timely legal commentaries, response pieces, and book reviews. We generally look for articles around 25,000 words (excluding footnotes). Essay submissions should be between 6,000 and 10,000 words (excluding footnotes).

We receive submissions through Scholastica or by email at lawreview@regent.edu.

Please direct any questions to Daniel Luster at danilus@mail.regent.edu. We look forward to reviewing your submissions.

Pro Tempore Submissions

Pro Tempore is Regent University Law Review’s newly launched online counterpart. Pro Tempore allows authors to publish timely and relevant legal pieces by receiving a dedicated, expedited editorial process and avoiding the time to print.

Articles submitted for Pro Tempore should cover timely topics. They should also be concise (no more than 8,000 words, excluding footnotes).

If you would like to submit an article for consideration, please email danilus@mail.regent.edu.
